I keep getting the error “Something went wrong, please try again later”, what do I do?

This can occur due to an end-to-end transmission error.

In most cases KIS BOOKS will auto restore the latest KIS BOOKS internal backup of your data which will require you to check and re-enter any transactions you created after the internal backup time stamp.

It is unlikely you will need to go through the following troubleshoot procedures but please ensure you have a stable internet connection and ensure it is a private network.

Then try to restart the KIS BOOKS app.

  • Alternatively, delete the last transaction made, either through SAM or by using the search function,
  • Otherwise, try deleting the app and re-installing.

If none of these troubleshoots help solve the error, go to the ADMINISTRATION screen and then Tap on TOOLS & FAVORITES. Then Tap on “General Enquiries and Feedback” and follow the links to submit a support request.

Visit KISAPPS support page and submit a support request ticket. – fully explain the issue and we will get back to you as quickly as possible, by doing this you fully authorize us to gain access to your data (also see our Privacy Policy).
