The sales tax prefill rates are not correct for the transaction I am doing; how do I change them?

The sales tax prefill rates are not correct for the transaction I am doing; how do I change them?

The sales tax rates are updated by KIS BOOKS mostly on a monthly basis and there maybe a few days lag in loading the new sales tax tables. If on a special event you wish to change the sales tax prefills tap on the rate you wish to edit and change accordingly. The green radio buttons will enable you to switch on and off any the four levels of sales tax applied in KIS BOOKS.

This way you have sales tax full edit ability.

The change you make will only affect the Invoice being created.

Note: When creating a quote, the sales tax elements can only be estimated at the quote creation date. Your client will be informed of this when they receive your quote. On acceptance of a quote you can check and edit the sales tax prefills and calculation method if you create an invoice from the quote. The sales tax elements are set at the Invoice date as this is the contract date between You, Your customer and any relevant State Government.
